The Premium sectional garage door iso 70 Premium Plus makes garages winterproof. The patented sections provide maximum thermal insulation: thermally broken, 70-mm thick and equipped with a rigid polyurethane foam core, they shield the garage from wind and weather. In addition, there are seals between the individual sections and a double floor seal on the underside of the door. This prevents the garage from cooling down and improves the energy footprint of the entire building.

The iso 70 Premium Plus is now also available in a burglar-resistant version (resistance class RC 2 according to DIN/TS 18194: 2020-07) because we believe that energy efficiency and burglary protection belong together. Burglar resistance is becoming increasingly important for garages, too, especially if there is a direct connection from the garage to the house. Special mechanical security devices on the garage door are very successful in warding off burglary attempts: well over a third of all burglaries fail during the attempt to gain entry, because the door cannot be forced open quickly enough.

If you want to protect your garage with a suitable door, you can feel secure with burglar-resistant sectional garage doors from Novoferm. In combination with the Novomatic 563 S garage door operator, there are no additional costs for the RC 2 version. Purchasing the door can even be subsidised by the German development bank Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). ISO 45 NEW WITH BURGLAR RESISTANCE AS PER RC 2
The premium sectional garage door with 45 mm insulation has established itself as the go-to solution for private garages from 2,250 to 5,500 mm wide. The garage door has so far been known primarily for its high level of personal and functional safety. Now a security aspect has been added, t oo: burglar resistance.

With comparatively few additional reinforcement components, the iso 45 sectional garage door now also fulfils the requirements of resistance class RC 2 according to DIN/TS 18194:2020-07 and thus qualifies for funding from the KfW.

A SMARTHOME OFFERS MANY ADVANTAGES:
 The networking and automation of different devices and functions (e.g. lighting or heating) noticeably increase comfort. The voice assistants „Amazon Alexa“, „Google Assistant“ and „Google Nest“ control a wide variety of functions, even independently of a local Smart Home system.

CONTROL SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS WITH THE NOVOFERM WIFI MODULE
Since the smart control of the garage door is becoming more and more important, we want to make the integration of the door control as a function via app or voice control simple and uncomplicated for all users and interested parties!

If you choose a Novoferm sectional garage door, you can easily integrate the door control with the new Novoferm Wi-Fi-module. No separate Smart Home center or a gateway is required.

Novoferm garage doors simply become part of the Google and Alexa world. Open and close Novoferm sectional garage doors via the Novoferm operator using the app from Google or Amazon and their voice assistants, or you can query the door status.

The Wi-Fi-module for the smart control of garage doors can be easily retrofitted to all drives built from 2016 and is simply connected to the drive via a mini USB.

With the Mediola All-In-One solution, devices (heating thermostat, door/ window contact, ...) from various Smart Home manufacturers can be easily bundled in one Smart Home system, automated and operated with the Mediola app. The result is an intelligent and customer-friendly all-in-one solution. It combines the radio technology of various well-known manufacturers with widely used radio systems and standards (e.g. Homematic IP, Nuki, Velux, Gardena, Schüco, ...) in the Mediola Smart Home center as well Networked cloud services. This opens up countless possibilities to design the individual Smart Home, regardless of the manufacturer of the Smart Home components.

Here, too, Novoferm only needs the new Novoferm Wi-Fi module to easily integrate Novoferm sectional garage doors into the Mediola Smart Home system.

The prerequisite for the smart control of Novoferm sectional garage doors via app or voice is a Novoferm operator (from year of construction 2016), the new Novoferm Wi-Fi-module and a light barrier that detects obstacles and automatically interrupts the closing process.

NovoRol is a practical and space-saving option for garages with limited space. Since this garage door can be installed both in front of and behind the opening, it fi ts any garage.

NovoRol is now available with a new control unit in a modern look that increases safety and enables smart functionalities:

Wherever modern floor plans and accessibility are required, and space needs to be saved, the NovoSlide Wall sliding door system offers the optimum solution for connecting two rooms – in private homes and commercial buildings, and in renovations and new builds. The door system can be installed on both solid and drywall walls, and you can choose between fittings for wooden and full-glass doors supplied by customer. The sliding door system is available for door leaves in widths from 580 mm and the maximum length of the running track is 5,900 mm.

In addition to great flexibility in terms of use and design, NovoSlide Wall also scores points with its great ease of use and simple installation.

The NovoSlide Pocket sliding door system slides seamlessly into the wall opening. Consisting of a pocket, a stable aluminium track with hardware sets for wooden or full-glass doors supplied by customer, and optional steel frame, it frees up the maximum possible space for innovative floor plans. NovoSlide Pocket looks equally good in domestic settings and in commercial buildings.
