DIAGNOSIS, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND OPTIMISATION

The Novoferm service includes regular safety inspections and maintenance, the rectification of faults and all necessary repairs to doors, gates and loading technology. We carry out force measurements in accordance with ASR and tests in accordance with DGUV V3, and we also supply wear parts such as bumpers. Our maintenance service increases the service life of your products and the efficiency of your company in the long term. In order to provide our services professionally, we need historical and up-to-date information on our customers' systems. Our service management system therefore combines general system information (door history, details of spare parts, etc.) with specific customer and deployment information from our service technicians. For our order scheduling, this means that we always have an up-to-date picture of the current order situation, including position and status information - an ideal basis for being able to react appropriately to unforeseen events. HISTORIE

As part of the Novoferm Group, TST Tor-System-Technik GmbH has been offering a manufacturer-independent service for industrial doors, loading systems, fire doors and gates for many years.

The company was founded in 1998 and has been a 100% subsidiary within the Novoferm Group since 2006.

In recent years, TST GmbH has grown ever closer to Novoferm as a company.

We are therefore pleased to inform you that we will be founding "Novoferm Verladetechnik und Service GmbH" on 1 January 2023, which will take over the service activities of TST GmbH 1:1.

In addition, Novoferm's sales activities for loading systems in the German market will be bundled in the newly founded company in future.

We see ourselves as a long-term full-service partner for you on the market.

We offer a wide range of services for fire protection closures, industrial doors and loading systems.

HISTORY IN DETAIL

The company TST Tor-System-Technik GmbH was founded in 1998. The shared "vision" of the two owners at the time and their first two employees was to offer nationwide and manufacturer-independent service and support in the industrial door sector. Quickly and favourably!

What was still a vision at the time became reality just two years later. A sophisticated, satellite-based navigation and information system made it possible to deploy qualified field service technicians throughout Germany - generally faster, more efficiently and also cheaper than other service companies.

Since 2006, we have been a wholly owned subsidiary within the Novoferm Group, a leading European system provider for doors, gates, frames and operators. On 1 January 2023, we will establish "Novoferm Verladetechnik und Service GmbH", which will take over the service activities of TST GmbH on a 1:1 basis. In addition, Novoferm's sales activities for loading systems in the German market will be bundled in the newly founded company in future.

Today we also have our own parts production and a large stock of spare parts, so that we can produce and install many spare parts ourselves in a timely manner, regardless of the manufacturer's availability. For every stocked part ordered by 12.00 noon, we are able - if necessary - to make it available at any location in Germany by 9.00 a.m. the following day!

We have also extended our service to include loading technology and fire protection closures (fire doors, fire protection gates). The expertise we have gained from years of practical experience enables us to guarantee the highest safety standards:

Novoferm works according to clear internal processes as well as current guidelines and regulations (in particular DIN EN 12604, DIN EN 12453, DIN EN 13241-1, Construction Products Directive (89/106/EEC), Technical Rule ASR A1.7, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) and is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Our team, which has now grown to around 80 employees, is not only proud of our "little success story", but also contributes to its continuation through personal commitment and above-average performance - all for the benefit of our customers!

Vehicle fleet

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VEHICLES

We maintain a fleet of almost 50 service vehicles. Each vehicle is equipped with the usual wear parts, many spare parts and specialised tools. Together with the expertise of our technicians, this results in a repair rate of > 95%* on the first visit.

All vehicles are always in tip-top condition - always ready for urgent use by the customer - mobility is one of the most important tools of our service technicians.

Our customer service vehicles are not just simple vans. Rather, they are first-class equipped mobile workshops. In addition to an extensive range of spare parts, each vehicle also has a large number of high-tech tools on board.

And that's not all:
Our fitters can call up all the necessary data from the vehicle on site via satellite connection and even prepare a binding quotation immediately.

No matter where the problem lies with your system - we waste no time. We want to find a remedy as early as possible on the first visit to avoid unnecessary costs. This is the only way we can fulfil our customers' high expectations and guarantee maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

MORE TRANSPARENCY THROUGH CLEAN DOCUMENTATION

As soon as a customer entrusts us with the servicing of a system, we record the framework data in our inventory database once and update it. This enables us to provide information on the condition of these doors, gates and loading facilities at any time.

State-of-the-art communication technology so that we can be with you quickly!

Around fifty Novoferm vehicles are on the road in Germany every day - and our dispatchers know exactly where they are at all times thanks to satellite-based localisation.

This enables us to plan our tours optimally and, in the event of an emergency, to alert the Novoferm technician with the shortest journey time. All the necessary order documents are then sent digitally to the vehicle, and system information including circuit diagrams are available at any time in our online database.

Our employees can create test reports, order documents or quotations on site at the customer's premises and print them out immediately - the best conditions for clear and conclusive order documentation.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE INFORMATION

Novoferm manages technician deployments with state-of-the-art satellite technology and paperless order scheduling.

Efficiently managing a pool of fifty service technicians requires location, customer and numerous other order information. With the Novoferm service management system, we are able to determine the location of our vehicles at any time, coordinate them and provide all the necessary deployment information online.
