Restructured, expanded, intuitive: Novoferm launches its extranet

Novoferm is driving digitalisation forward and presents a fundamentally revamped extranet. The new online platform brings together all relevant information, documents and digital tools in one central location and is specifically tailored to the needs of specialist dealers, fabricators, main contractors and those involved in planning. With an improved structure, clear navigation and customisation options, the extranet provides targeted support for their daily work processes.

Everything at a glance: the digital specialist portal
The new Novoferm Extranet serves as a comprehensive specialist portal with even more content. With just a single login, users gain direct access to a wealth of technical information, digital tools and services – including documentation, marketing materials, pricing information, certifications and training courses. This makes the Extranet the central hub for everyone working with Novoferm’s door and gate solutions, as well as its loading and logistics systems.

Get there faster: greater clarity and direct access to digital tools
With an even more user-friendly design and optimised navigation, the platform now offers additional anchor points, filters and search functions. The new quick access feature takes you straight to all products and documents, ensuring maximum clarity without lengthy searches. Instant access to almost all digital tools, which can be used directly on the extranet – without having to log in again – significantly simplifies workflows, particularly for specifiers, installers and retailers.

New personalised favourites section
Another benefit of the relaunched extranet is the expanded favourites section. Documents and products can now be individually marked, organised into groups and shared directly via shareable links – for example, for team feedback or quick communication with customers. A preview function also makes it easier to find your way around. These features are now available to all registered users.

More marketing and sales support
Another highlight is the significantly expanded marketing section designed to support sales: specialist retailers benefit from a wide range of customisable tools. These range from the simple creation of a website using a modular system, through the ordering of customised short price lists, to promotional configurators that can be integrated directly into the customer’s website to generate enquiries.

Developed by the market, for the market
“Our aim was to structure our wealth of information, services and tools even more clearly and make them particularly easy to access,” explains Sebastian Borkus, Head of Marketing and Product Management at Novoferm. “In doing so, we have incorporated a great deal of feedback from customer discussions and surveys. The new extranet is not just an information platform, but a genuine working tool – whether in planning, during customer meetings or on the construction site.”

Over 45,000 trade customers in Germany are already using the Novoferm extranet. Existing login details remain valid. To mark the launch of the new portal, Novoferm is offering concise and practical online training courses.
