Jan Hülsmann (40) joined the management of Novoferm, one of the leading companies for door and gate solutions and loading systems in Europe, in spring 2023. In summer 2023, he took over the role of CFO of the Novoferm Group, succeeding Thomas Hage, who retired in autumn 2023.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jan Hülsmann is responsible for financial strategy and process management at Novoferm, among other things.
The business economist has previously held commercial management positions at various family-owned, private equity-owned and listed companies, most recently as CFO of a special machinery manufacturer in Bavaria. "With Jan Hülsmann, we have an experienced financial expert on the management board who will help us to continue our successful growth trajectory in the future," says Rainer Schackmann, CEO of Novoferm.
