Sophisticated technology belongs in a modern housing. The ^NovoPort® Speed garage door opener combines modern technology with energy efficiency at the highest level and impresses with its new design, energy-saving LED technology, faster speed and additional setting options. If it is used in conjunction with a sectional garage door (incl. light barrier), it can be controlled via your smartphone or voice control. Use one of these apps: Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Homematic IP, ^mediola® or TYDOM.

High-quality technology and a high tractive force of 650 N are combined in the ^NovoPort® Speed to create a modern high-tech operator system in a class of its own. Sophisticated technical features, such as up to 50 % faster door opening thanks to the integrated high-speed function, offer the highest level of convenience compared to conventional operators.

The all-round LED strip (6 W) on the control housing provides bright, indirect garage lighting. The connections for wired accessories such as external lighting or signalling lamps are easily accessible. Separate slots for Bluetooth and mini-USB not only enable further customised settings, but also the connection of smart accessories such as the Homematic IP module for the Homematic IP app, the Delta Dore module for the TYDOM app or the WiFi module for Amazon Alexa, Google Home and ^mediola®.

Our openers are manufactured in accordance with the strict DIN iso 9001 quality management system and, together with our garage doors, fulfil the safety criteria of the European door product standard DIN EN 13241. All Novoferm garage door openers are tested with every Novoferm garage door and fulfil current standards and legal requirements, which prevents incorrect use. A push button for opening the garage from the inside is integrated directly into the control unit and does not need to be purchased as an accessory and installed separately. Compared to conventional ceiling drives, the push button is very easy to reach thanks to the favourable position of the ^NovoPort® Speed drive control unit on the wall.

Garage doors can now always be controlled reliably and transparently using bidirectional radio with the Mini-Novotron 523 Protect hand-held transmitter. The bidirectional radio with feedback brings it up to date in all respects and enables simple door status enquiry (open/closed) with the new hand-held transmitter or smartphone.

This video shows you how to use the multi-coloured LED on the Novoferm Mini-Novotron 523 Protect hand-held transmitter to check the door status. Thanks to the LED colour, the door status can be reliably checked.

Regular ventilation improves the air circulation in the garage and prevents mould growth. By pressing the second button on the hand-held transmitter or the Homematic IP app, the door can be set to the ventilation position from any position, i.e. it opens by 10 cm. If it is not closed by pressing the respective transmitter, it closes automatically after 60 minutes.

Flexible door and lighting controls, menu-guided programming and service functions and a wide range of accessories, such as buttons and hand-held transmitters, ensure simple, user-friendly handling of our door systems.

Furthermore, the tried-and-tested Novoferm 3-button programming enables the operator functions to be set quickly and easily.

The standard scope of delivery includes a 3-channel hand-held transmitter Mini-Novotron 523 Protect with 128-bit encryption.

The ^NovoPort® Speed operator system not only ensures maximum convenience during operation, but also during installation. This is because the motor is not fixed to the ceiling like conventional operators, but is simply integrated into the side door track - on the right or left, depending on the structural conditions.

This leaves the ceiling free and eliminates installation obstacles from the outset.

All components are pre-assembled at the factory and matched to each other - simply insert and you're done!

In addition to the integrated LED lighting (6 watts), the ^NovoPort® Speed has easily accessible connections for wired accessories such as external lighting or signalling lamps, which can be controlled via hand-held transmitters or buttons.

Energy consumption in standby mode is an extremely low 0.5 watts. Furthermore, the appropriate Novoferm plug-in module can be connected to use one of the available apps.

With high garage ceilings, special suspension constructions often have to be made in order to install the drive. ^NovoPort® Speed eliminates this effort.

No installation obstacles in the ceiling area: lighting, joists or drainpipes do not have to be dismantled or bridged. No difficult drilling in reinforced concrete ceilings, no use of special plugs for plasterboard, no risk of drilling through thin ceilings, no soiling of drive components from drilling dust.

Rail-guided operators protrude approx. 30 - 40 cm beyond the door and often have to be shortened on site. ^NovoPort® Speed fits immediately!
