All Novoferm control units are equipped with configurable operating functions for "up", "down" and "stop" as standard. All control units listed on the next page can be connected. Various extensions and safety options can also be selected. Novoferm doors are suitable for almost any purpose.

CONTROL OPTIONS

All standard actuation components can be connected to Novoferm control units. We show you a small selection of the many possibilities here. Depending on the version, the SpeedRoller control units offer numerous different programming options. For example, the running speed, opening time, stop at half height, etc. can be set as required. All Novoferm controls are equipped with configurable operating functions for "up", "down" and "stop" as standard. All the controls listed on the next page can be connected. Various extensions and safety options can also be selected. Novoferm doors are suitable for almost any purpose.

OPERATING UNITS

PUSHBUTTONS | Operation
Pushbuttons are mainly used for passenger transport.

TRAINSWITCH | Operation
A pull cord is suspended a few metres in front of the door. This can be operated by pedestrians or by the forklift truck without having to leave it. This type of operation is therefore particularly efficient when there is a lot of forklift traffic.

REMOTE CONTROL | Operation
A remote control (transmitter and receiver) offers the option of access control: only persons and vehicles with the appropriate remote control can operate the door. Available with one or more channels.

MAGICSWITCH | Operation
The MagicSwitch operation works like a conventional pushbutton, except that no actual touch is required. Ideal for the food industry and clean rooms.

IXIO S | Operation and safety
IXIO S is an intelligent presence detector with active infrared technology. The three-dimensional infrared light curtain protects people from coming into contact with the door. For indoor areas up to a height of 3,500 mm

IXIO D | Operation and safety
IXIO D is a sensor that combines radar technology for opening the door with infra-red technology for protecting people from collisions with the door. For indoor areas up to a height of 3,500 mm.

INDUCTION LO OP | Operation and safety
An induction loop generates a magnetic field. Every metal object within this field is recognised. Induction loops are suitable both for operation and as an additional safety device for fast-moving forklift trucks.

RADAR | Operation and safety
Radar only detects moving objects. The radar has a cone-shaped detection area and is direction-sensitive. The size, direction and sensitivity of the radar detection can be adjusted. Also suitable for outdoor areas.

CONDOR | Operation and security
The Condor system combines two functions in one device: moving objects are detected by radar (operation), while stationary objects are detected by infrared technology (security). Also suitable for outdoor areas.

LIGHT BARRIERS | Operation and safety
Light barriers are mainly used to monitor the door opening. The door does not close as long as the light beam is interrupted. Versions with a reflector or with a separate transmitter and receiver are available.

Security

LIGHT BARRIERS | Safety
A light grid has a larger detection area than a light barrier and therefore offers greater safety. A light grid is particularly suitable for objects of different sizes to be detected.

LZR-LASERSCANNER | Safety
The ^{LZR®-I100/I110} utilises high-precision technology. The dynamic alignment of the laser beams in four planes offers optimum protection for the door threshold and the surrounding area.
Maximum detection area: 9.9 m × 9.9 m.
