NovoLux sectional doors show their strengths in commercial environments where light and visibility are crucial. The door leaf is made up of several sections. By using specially dimensioned aluminium profiles, frame constructions can be produced with a wide range of options for filling the sections. Combine the frames with aluminium cassette panels and choose between translucent, coloured, heat-insulating or air-permeable. Practically anything is possible.

WIND STRENGTHENERS
Depending on the width, the NovoLux door is manufactured with integrated one-piece stiffening profiles. These profiles ensure that the door can withstand high wind loads. Depending on the configuration of the door, we choose thicker and/or higher profiles.

TOP SEALING
The top panel of the NovoLux 40 door is sealed with rubber sealing profiles, which provide additional thermal insulation and an optimum lintel seal. There are therefore no cracks through which energy could be lost.

DOUBLE TOP SEALING
The top panel of the NovoLux 60 door is sealed with double sealing profiles made of EPDM rubber, which provide additional thermal insulation and an optimum lintel seal. This prevents draughts and minimises energy loss.

STABLE ROLLERHOLDER
Novoferm uses these stable roller holders for doors up to a clear width of 5 metres. This design guarantees that the door runs smoothly and seals well.

DOUBLE ROLLERHOLDER
For doors with a clear width of 5 metres or more, Novoferm uses double roller holders with a longer shaft on the roller and a longer roller plate. This ensures that even heavier doors run smoothly.

NovoLux 40 sectional doors can be fitted with a wide range of PVC-U windows in numerous variants, thermal insulation values, colours and textures to suit your requirements.

Choose between coloured glass or multi-skin sheets, play with the section layout and combine thermal panels with the NovoLux sections for an optimum effect.

The NovoLux 40 door offers a wide range of design and application options, especially if you need a lot of light for working in your building, but the appearance is also important.

The NovoLux 60 sectional door is modern and innovative, and is characterised by its form, function and ease of installation. The door in 60 mm construction thickness is supplied with triple glazing as standard and guarantees excellent thermal insulation as well as soundproofing properties and prevents condensation. Ideal in areas where light, visibility and a constant indoor climate are important.

THERMALLY SEPARATED PROFILES

The NovoLux 60 door consists of two aluminium profiles that are thermally separated by a special design. The door therefore has a very low U-value, even when using vision panels.

It is particularly suitable for locations where light is crucial, but where good thermal insulation and optimum energy efficiency are also important.

The NovoLux XL door is an aluminium door that is available in versions 40 or 60 as required. What is unusual about this door is that the sections have no vertical intermediate struts, allowing a wide glass view.

The high-quality Plexiglas is particularly strong and thick, hardly deforms and looks like real glass, even though it is plastic.
This ensures a natural reflection of the window areas and an attractive appearance.

ACRYLGLAS OPTICAL

The NovoLux XL is available in a maximum width of 4,000 mm and a maximum height of 4,500 mm. The NovoLux XL door comes into its own particularly in environments where an attractive appearance of the building is important, as well as light and visibility in the hall. The "Plexiglas Optical" used is characterised by the fact that it looks like real glass, but also offers the safety of plastic. The Plexiglas Optical panes are available as 20 mm double panes and 40 mm triple panes.

VARIOUS FILLINGS
Novoferm offers unlimited possibilities for the use of glazing in NovoLux doors. The panes are available in a wide range of variants, colours, transparency levels and designs. This gives the architect a great deal of freedom when designing the NovoLux door. Almost nothing is impossible.

COMBINE COLOURS
The NovoLux door is supplied in anodised aluminium, colourless, as standard. However, this does not mean that you cannot use any colour. The aluminium can also be coated with wet paint in a colour of your choice. The combination of NovoLux panels with Thermo panels gives you 1001 design options.

ALUMINIUM GLASS RETAINING STRIPS AS STANDARD

Novoferm is one of the few suppliers in the industry to use anodised aluminium glazing beads as standard. This has the advantage that it looks much better and is much more durable than the black plastic frames that are often used. In addition, the aluminium components used all have the same coefficient of expansion, so everything expands evenly when heated and the frames do not warp, as is often the case with plastic frames.

Another advantage is that the glass retaining strips can also be supplied in the colour of your choice.
