MODULAR ASSEMBLY CONVENIENCE IN HIGH QUALITY

Novoferm rail systems have a modular design and are assembled as far as possible in advance. The rail systems are suitable for both thermal and Novolux doors as well as for the NovoLux XL door.

Certified quality and durability are always at the centre of the development and installation of the rail systems.

MODULAR INSTALLATION CONVENIENCE IN HIGH QUALITY

Novoferm track systems are modular and are assembled as far as possible in advance. The rail systems are suitable for both Thermo and NovoLux doors, as well as for the NovoLux XL door. Certified quality and durability are always at the centre of the development and installation of the rail systems.

SPRING BUMPER
The heavy-duty spring buffer ensures that the door is given an initial push in the horizontal position for the closing process. The length of the spring buffer depends on the configuration of the door.

TORSION SPRINGS
The torsion springs are designed for 30,000 load cycles as standard. For areas where the doors are used a lot, you can optionally use torsion springs that are designed for 60,000 load cycles.

SUPPORT ROPE
Thanks to the modular design of our rail systems and fittings, we can always ensure the correct position of the support rope in relation to the vertical rails. This guarantees maximum safety and reliability.

SAFETY RAIL
The safety rail ensures that the rollers cannot derail. For additional safety, the suspension cable remains safely concealed by the rail.
