Significantly improved thermal insulation values / Newly designed operator with 50 per cent faster door opening
The garage door systems from Novoferm not only offer perfect convenience, maximum security and maximum space savings: the newly developed Evolution premium sectional door fulfils the desire of many building owners for even greater energy efficiency. As one of Europe's leading system suppliers of door and gate solutions as well as loading and logistics systems, Novoferm is also presenting the new side sectional door, a particularly space-saving door design for the French market, which is installed and opened from the side. Several garage door operators with a new design, new lighting concept and faster door opening speed will also be making their debut.
New garage door with thermal break
With the ISO 45 Evolution premium sectional door for single and double garages, Novoferm is helping building owners to optimise energy efficiency. Thanks to the thermal separation of the outer and inner shells, the new door can improve thermal insulation by up to 17 per cent compared to similar sectional garage doors. This is important for garages that are integrated into the thermal building envelope. Another new feature of the ISO 45 Evolution premium sectional door is the harmonious appearance of the inside of the door. For added security, the door is optionally available in a burglar-resistant version with resistance class RC 2.
The ISO 70 Premium Plus sectional door from Novoferm also offers extra thermal insulation. The special design with patented, thermally separated sections effectively prevents heat loss. It is ideal for garages located next to or above living spaces and improves the energy efficiency of the entire building.
Both premium sectional doors can be equipped with the particularly practical side operator from Novoferm: with the tried and tested premium operator NovoPort or with the new NovoPort Speed.
Sidesectional door solves space problem
Sectional garage doors save space as they simply "disappear under the ceiling". What to do if installation under the ceiling is not structurally possible or the space under the ceiling is to be used as storage space? Novoferm solves this space problem with the newly developed side sectional door. This garage door is installed and opened from the side, with the automatic operator ensuring fast opening. Thermally separated ISO 45 sections guarantee excellent thermal insulation. As usual with Novoferm, the new side sectional door can also be customised with various modern window variants and an optional wicket door.
Faster, brighter, more attractive: the new NovoPort Speed side operator
New design, new speed and new lighting concept - these are the key features of the enhanced NovoPort Speed side operator. With an opening speed of up to 29 cm/sec, the integrated high-speed function enables doors to be opened up to 50 per cent faster than conventional operators. The 20 per cent flatter and therefore space-saving housing not only impresses with its stylish design: the new all-round LED light strip ensures even better, completely glare-free illumination of the garage. Commissioning can be carried out simply in the conventional way or conveniently via an optional Bluetooth module. The NovoPort Speed, which will be available in the fourth quarter of 2023, can also be integrated into the existing smart home system in no time at all and also offers connection options for other smart applications.
Two new ceiling operators for garage doors
Novoferm will be presenting the Novomatic 443 at BAU 2023 as the successor to the Novomatic 423. The new generation of ceiling operator impresses with its innovative design, new LED lighting and new programming options. Also new is the Novomatic 573S ceiling drive, the successor to the Novomatic 563S, which boasts a trendy design, a new lighting concept and an opening speed of up to 24 cm/sec. The market launch of both new ceiling drives is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023.
