The patented thermally separated sections with a total thickness of 70 mm in combination with the PUR rigid foam core of the sectional door ensure a particularly high level of thermal and sound insulation.

The additional seals between the sections and the double bottom seal on the bottom edge of the door also support the thermal insulation and reduce heat loss.

Premium-Plus sectional garage doors are ideal for private garages or double garages up to a width of 5.50 m for new builds and renovations.

(2) Large selection of end-coated surfaces and colours
Premium-Plus sectional doors in lacquered versions, timber looks and our satin surfaces are end-coated. The high-quality surfaces are less sensitive to external influences and give your garage a sophisticated look.

(3) Double-walled and insulated
Our steel sections are manufactured exclusively in a double-walled sandwich construction and filled with a thermally insulating PUR rigid foam core. With a thickness of ≈67 mm (thermal insulation value U(p) = 0.34 W/m2K), it ensures particularly high thermal and sound insulation.

(4) Window variants with triple glazing
Also available with window variants with triple glazing, which ensure maximum light transmission in addition to high thermal insulation.

(5) Double bottom seal
The double bottom seal on the bottom edge of the door guarantees the best possible protection against water and dirt and compensates for minor unevenness in the floor. The double seal also reduces heat loss.

(6) Finger pinch protection on the inside and outside
The special design of the sections and hinges prevents pinch points on the door leaf from the outset. With Novoferm, there is also no pinch point on the inside.

(7) Thermal frame set
The optional sealing and insulating strip system improves thermal insulation by up to 15 %* thanks to the 3-sided thermal optimisation of the frame when installed behind the opening and actively supports the optimisation of the performance balance of the entire building.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE PREMIUM DOOR

(1) Uniform appearance of the inside of the door
The Premium Plus door offers a visual highlight thanks to the uniform appearance of the inside of the door. The elegantly smooth "Noblesse" surface of the door leaf as well as hinges and profiles in traffic white (similar to RAL 9016) enhance the harmonious overall impression.

(3) Ball bearing-mounted tandem rollers
High-quality, ball bearing-mounted tandem rollers in stainless steel ensure extremely smooth and even door movement.

(5) NovoPort® - Unique and flexible
The patented NovoPort® operator system with integrated internal pushbutton and door status display via hand-held transmitter ensures maximum convenience. The innovative, flexible side installation, optionally on the right or left, eliminates installation obstacles from the outset. This leaves the ceiling free.

(2) Thermal separation
The patented thermally separated sections with PUR hard foam core and additional seals between the sections provide EXTRA-PLUS thermal insulation.

(4) Optional spring technology
The Premium-Plus sectional door can be fitted with either safety multiple tension spring packs or torsion springs for smaller sizes. The vertical tension springs also enable a shallow installation depth and offer many options where space is limited. For large sizes, the door is fitted with torsion spring shafts, either at the front or rear.

(6) "Easy" safety light barrier
The supplementary "Easy" safety light barrier reliably detects obstacles and people and interrupts the closing process of the door in case of doubt.

The Premium-Plus ISO 70 from Novoferm offers security at the highest level. On request, you can obtain your Premium-Plus ISO 70 in a burglar-resistant version with resistance class RC 2.

Even more security is provided by finger trap protection (inside and outside) and tamper-proof interchangeable code hand transmitters with AES 128 bit encryption.

To put your garage door in the right light even after sunset - and also keep unauthorised persons out - we recommend the LED lighting kit. It creates an exciting dialogue with other light sources, e.g. illuminated windows, and sets the scene for the overall architecture of your home. Depending on the door width, the lighting kit consists of four, six or eight LEDs, which are evenly distributed across the entire width of the door in a U-shaped track.

It can be controlled either via the hand-held transmitter, which you also use to operate your operator, via a separate timer or a motion detector.

SAVES SPACE AND ENERGY

The flat, aluminium-coloured LED lighting kit (40 x 20 mm) is installed under the garage lintel to save space, so that almost the full clearance height is retained. Long-life LEDs ensure very bright illumination with minimal power consumption. Depending on the door width, the lighting units can be easily shortened on both sides to achieve exact symmetrical illumination of the door.

We believe that burglary protection and energy efficiency belong together. That's why the Novoferm Evolution and iso 70 Premium-Plus premium sectional doors are now also available in a burglar-resistant version (resistance class RC 2 in accordance with DIN/TS 18194:2020-07). It has been proven that mechanical security systems on garage doors successfully ward off burglary attempts: Well over a third of all break-ins get stuck at the attempt stage because the door cannot be forced open quickly enough. So if you want to protect your garage with an appropriate door, you are on the safe side with burglar-resistant sectional garage doors from Novoferm. In combination with the Novomatic 423 or Novomatic 563 S overhead openers, the sectional garage door can achieve resistance class RC 2 (iso 70 only with Novomatic 563 S). Burglary protection even comes as standard with the iso 70 Premium-Plus sectional door.
